HyperX and SK Gaming celebrate ten-year partnership

HyperX is one of the most well known computer peripheral and component manufacturers, and has been at the top of the industry for nearly 15 years. SK Gaming are one of the top organisations, with teams spanning across multiple games like Counter Strike and Hearthstone. This year, the two celebrate their ten-year partnership.

The two companies first partnered in 2007, when HyperX sponsored SK Gaming with various components and peripherals in the German market. This year is also HyperX's 15th birthday, while SK Gaming turn 20 later on in 2017.

"Ten years is a major achievement in the gaming industry to be working together and we highly value the collaboration and passion SK Gaming continually brings to the table," said Ben Malka, communities manager for HyperX EMEA. "We've been supporting each other since the early days of esports and we look forward to continuing the relationship well into the future, while wishing them success for the rest of their 2017 tournament schedule." Alexander Müller adds: "It takes a very special partnership to last ten years in a fast paced market such as esports. But on the other hand, it doesn't surprise me. HyperX and SK Gaming have been a perfect fit right from the start and I am convinced that we will celebrate more anniversaries together along the way."
