Resueltos problemas de Hearthstone: Maldición de Naxxramas

Los jugadores del juego de duelos de cartas Hearthstone: Heroes of Warcraft llevan mosqueados unos días tras el lanzamiento de la segunda parte de la expansión de la Maldición de Naxxramas, que ofrece una aventura en solitario. Según asegura la compañía responsable Blizzard ahora, la mayoría de los problemas que llegaban a provocar que los jugadores que habían pagado por el contenido no recibieran esta segunda 'ala', no pudieran jugar o les hubieran cobrado dos veces, han sido resueltos.

En sus propios foros oficiales, y de momento sin comunicado al respecto en español, la compañía enumera el siguiente listado de causas, medidas y recomendaciones:

Players being unable to access the Plague Quarter after purchase

Payments giving the 'Waiting for authorization', 'Purchase Failed, 'Internal Database Error' or 'Another transaction is still in progress' messages
The majority of these cases have now been fixed and we continue to work through the remaining cases. Again, no need to contact our support team about this as your issue is being actively worked on already.

Players being prompted to purchase access to the Arachnid Quarter for 0.00 currency
A rare issue for Europe but this is still under investigation.

Card packs not being delivered promptly
