It was only last night that Sony lifted the curtain on its new hardware brand, Inzone, a brand that is kicking off with a couple of monitors and headsets. Well, despite its new nature, Inzone has already been named as the official headset partner of the Valorant Champions Tour.

As revealed in a press release, we're told that this partnership will be multiple years in length and will even see Sony supplying the Copenhagen Masters event set between July 10-24, with an array of Inzone headsets.

"We are excited to have Sony's audio technology level up the experience at our global VALORANT Esports events," said Whalen Rozelle, COO of Riot Games esports. "Communication is a critical aspect of VALORANT and this partnership will enable us to bring our viewing audiences deeper into the most exciting moments of our biggest matches. Sony's commitment to innovation will further elevate VALORANT as a leading global esport."

As part of the deal, Inzone will also be the sponsor of an Open Mic segment of the broadcast, which will provide an insight into the communication between participating teams.
