It's quite common these days to see esports organisations partnering with beer and alcohol brands. The latest of the bunch is Able Esports who has signed a new deal with Labatt Breweries, a deal that will see the company join as the team's official beer partner.

"We are extremely excited at the opportunity of working with such a renowned partner to bring more exciting events and content to our growing fanbase," said Emil Vanjaka, VP of business development at Able Esports. "This partnership is a big step towards further reinforcing our vision of partnering with high quality brands with local roots that have the potential to continue to significantly elevate esports in Quebec and Canada."

The deal will also see Labatt's Bud Light brand featured on Able's team jerseys and within various online activations.

"Able has demonstrated a lot of professionalism and we are thrilled to partner with them as a local esports partner," said Christian Boulerice, sponsorship director at Labatt. "This collaboration falls squarely in line with our strategy in further solidifying our Bud Light brand in the esports space and supporting local organizations with high growth potential."
